Browsing Recruiting as Guest
Tour the recruiting experience before sending private details.
Recruiting should use the same low-pressure browse pattern as Marketplace, but with stricter privacy and representation gates. Guests can review service paths, recruiter checkpoints, fee concepts, meeting options, and right-to-represent boundaries before they share candidate or employer information.
Guest recruiting boundaries
Candidate sees: intake steps, recruiter review checkpoints, coaching options, interview prep, right-to-represent gate, and human review before employer submission.
Employer sees: hiring intake steps, recruiter assignment criteria, search-plan overview, candidate profile review concept, and fee agreement gate before recruiting starts.
Guest-browse promise: Browsing does not create representation, assign a recruiter, schedule a meeting, submit a candidate, activate an employer search, or turn on any fee agreement.
