Recruiting Agency Door

Higher-touch recruiting with AI-assisted intake and real human review.

RapidHireMe Recruiting Agency is a separate public path for candidates and employers who need a more conventional recruiting experience, from entry-level and intern roles through premium professional and senior management searches.

Browsing Recruiting as Guest

Tour the recruiting experience before sending private details.

Recruiting should use the same low-pressure browse pattern as Marketplace, but with stricter privacy and representation gates. Guests can review service paths, recruiter checkpoints, fee concepts, meeting options, and right-to-represent boundaries before they share candidate or employer information.

Guest recruiting boundaries

Candidate sees: intake steps, recruiter review checkpoints, coaching options, interview prep, right-to-represent gate, and human review before employer submission.

Employer sees: hiring intake steps, recruiter assignment criteria, search-plan overview, candidate profile review concept, and fee agreement gate before recruiting starts.

Guest-browse promise: Browsing does not create representation, assign a recruiter, schedule a meeting, submit a candidate, activate an employer search, or turn on any fee agreement.
Candidate path

Career intake, resume/job-fit review, coaching recommendations, interview prep, and recruiter review before any employer submission.

Start candidate intake
Employer path

AI employer intake, hiring priority review, recruiter assignment criteria, search planning, fee agreement gate, and meeting prep.

Recruiter review

Human checkpoints for seniority, salary range, right-to-represent readiness, candidate consent, employer fit, and meeting talking points.

A future signed-in recruiting workspace should save intake, documents, meeting prep, and recruiter notes only after consent.
No private recruiting data in guest mode
Guests should not see private candidate profiles, employer searches, recruiter calendars, fee agreements, signatures, or exact submission activity.
Recruiting Intake

Tell us which recruiting path fits.

Use this intake to route the request before any live right-to-represent agreement, employer fee agreement, recruiter assignment, calendar meeting, or candidate submission is activated.

Routing gate: This form mirrors the Contact page routing and does not create a live recruiter assignment, candidate submission, fee agreement, or legal representation agreement.
Recruiting request prepared. When live, this reason will route through Contact review before any recruiter assignment, fee agreement, or right-to-represent step.
Contact Routing Match

Dropdowns now match the Contact page.

The Recruiting intake reasons align with the public Contact form so candidate, employer, fee, right-to-represent, and meeting requests land in the correct queue later.

  • 1Candidate and employer intake are separate.
  • 2Right-to-represent and employer fee questions are flagged early.
  • 3Career coaching, interview prep, and profile reviews have a home.
  • 4Payment/fee questions stay gated for leadership review.

For candidates

Use this path when you want a recruiter-guided experience with coaching, review, and representation gates.

  • 1Career intake and recruiter review
  • 2Interview prep and coaching plans
  • 3Social profile and professionalism review
  • 4Right-to-represent remains legal-gated

For employers

Use this path when hiring needs human recruiting support, AI-assisted intake, and an assigned recruiter workflow.

  • 1AI employer intake questionnaire
  • 2Recruiter assignment workflow overview
  • 3Search plan and candidate profile review
  • 4Fee agreements remain legal-gated

Trust boundaries

This public page explains the recruiting path. It does not activate live submissions, fees, signatures, or calendar workflows.

  • 1No employer submission without consent
  • 2No live placement invoices
  • 3No live e-signatures yet
  • 4No guaranteed job outcome

Approved public positioning

Recruiting is now approved as the fourth public RapidHireMe door and is not invite-only. The path remains separate from Secretary Service, Marketplace, and Workforce Partner Services.

Live workflow gate: Legal review is still required before right-to-represent language, employer fee agreements, live calendar meetings, candidate submissions, payment collection, or recruiter assignment goes live.

Life Hub remains hidden

Life Hub / Life Services Affiliate Door remains paused. It should not appear on the public homepage or public navigation until affiliate approvals, FTC disclosures, regulated-category reviews, and partner programs are ready.

No affiliate activation: This release does not add public affiliate links or tracking.
