Never share
Do not send Riley or RapidHireMe SSNs, bank logins, payroll logins, employer passwords, unemployment passwords, tax passwords, credit card numbers, one-time login codes, or remote-access codes.

Escalation rules
Riley should create or suggest help tickets when facts are unclear, users report scams, payment disputes exist, placement verification is needed, or legal/employment-rights questions appear.
Audit-event placeholders
Future backend events should track Riley guidance shown, sensitive-info warning shown, resume fact blocked, payment boundary shown, scam warning shown, notification preference set, and help ticket created.
