Service expectations for RapidHireMe and Riley-guided job-search support.
These terms explain the practical boundaries: no job guarantees, direct employer applications, resume integrity, safety, and payment-after-placement rules.
Service expectations
- RapidHireMe helps organize the job search, but does not guarantee job offers.
- Users apply directly on employer websites.
- Riley is AI-guided support with human review when needed, not a guarantee of outcomes.
- Resume improvements must be based on true user-provided or user-confirmed information.
Payment expectations
No payment is due to enter Secretary Service. The Secretary Service success fee is $100, and it remains locked until verified accepted placement, accepted success-fee agreement, and staff/payment review approval. If the user does not get hired through the service, the RapidHireMe success fee is not due.
Riley keeps the experience encouraging without overstepping.
Riley should show the user what to do now, what can wait, and how to ask for help.
Riley can celebrate progress like “service started,” “resume started,” and “application packet ready.”
Riley will not ask for SSNs, bank logins, employer passwords, tax passwords, or remote-access codes.
Riley routes unclear facts, scam concerns, payment questions, or sensitive topics to review.
Riley can help from any Secretary Service stage.
Riley supports tasks, interview prep, employer email drafts, follow-up planning, retry planning, and payment-care explanations while keeping safety boundaries intact.
